Hi-Low: This class combines high & low impact moves. Upper & lower body toning. Great for beginners.

Trampoline Class: High energy class that let's kids jump their way to fitness. For all fitness levels.

Cardio Kickboxing: Inspired by martial Arts, this class combines cardio with boxing & Martial Arts for a total body workout.

Moxie Boxing: Great cardio workout that uses all muscle groups. Taught by a trained female boxer.

Boot Camp: Get a full body workout in a class that combines cardio, core conditioning, and strength training. Fast paced, lots of work, and lots of results.
