Momtease: Fun & funky moves to help Mom remember that she is a woman too.
Adult Cardio: Full body workout including cardio and weight training. Weights will gradually increase as the weeks progress. A great strength and endurance builder.
Fit for All: A great class for beginners. Introduces basic aerobic moves and light weight training. Works the entire body.
Senior Fit: A great workout for seniors or those who have difficulty with traditional methods. Most work is done on a chair or the floor. Using light weights, this class will help condition and rebuild strength.
